The value of visual arts depreciates daily in this part of the world. Sadly, our youths who are expected to hold the heritage of our artistic culture now focus more on other things most of which are irrelevant. A lot of people commended him for been prudent while some people said he was a stingy man who never dashed money and some others called him 'aradite'. (Very funny) but this buttresses the fact that it is impossible to please everyone no matter your level of influence.I remember i was asked a question once by a friend,he told me that if you remember the story of Lazarus, the bible said Jesus was fond of him as he usually visited the house of Mary Magdalene but when he died Jesus rose him from the dead,my friends question was ; Is it only Lazarus that died then? and in my usual friends character he said you cant please everyone.
